Message	From what I can tell you have some nice mods. I spy:stillen boost hoses, stillen oil cooleer, stillen exhaust, Jspec tails,single pop, some rimz, and maybe a BC of some sort judging by the vaccum hoses. From the pics, I'd bet the not starting has something to do with the compleley fubbared ignition lock cylinder. It looks as if somebody tried to install one of those universal ignition lock cylinders(the thing just hanging there) that can easily turn the car on with just a flathead screwdriver. I'd look into that first and foremost. Good luck!
